I'm not angry; I'm just really disappointed.
The super-rich have so much money that they don't even know what to do with it, stashing their billions in offshore accounts to avoid taxes, while kids are starving and families live on the streets. It's not about people making a good living; it's about the ultra-wealthy hoarding more money than anyone could spend in a thousand lifetimes. Meanwhile, children are going to school with holes in their clothes and bulletproof backpacks, because safety in schools has become political. How did it get this bad? Why does feeding hungry kids become a political issue? It shouldn't be.
I'm tired of all the lies and misinformation. Facts are facts; feelings are valid, but they don't change reality. It's okay to be wrong, to learn, and to adapt. What's not okay is blaming our problems on "others"—whether it's by race, class, or gender. The real divide is between those who want to work together and those who want to divide us. It's the people who make society work, who share what little they have, who give warmth to others when they need it. That's who we should be supporting.
People living in their cars aren't lazy—they're struggling to make ends meet. They need transportation to get to work or school, but it's not easy when costs are high and jobs don't offer flexibility. Education, healthcare, even basic necessities are out of reach for too many people.
We need to be kinder to each other. We're all just trying to live a decent life, to be safe, to be loved. Fighting among ourselves won't fix anything; it only makes things worse. Life is short, and we're lucky to be here. Let's not waste it on hate and division. If we come together, we can make things better—for everyone.
